Welcome to Redbud Medical Spa. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of redbudmedicalspa.com (the “Site”) and the services we provide. By using the Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, “Redbud,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Redbud Medical Aesthetics LLC, located at 2345 7th St STE 202, Denver, CO 80211.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, book an appointment, or receive treatment. By using the Site you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. No medical advice; results are not guaranteed

The Site and its content — including the treatment quiz, blog, and service descriptions — are for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Using the Site or submitting a form does not create a provider-patient relationship. Any treatment recommendation is made only after an in-person consultation and clinical evaluation by a licensed provider. Aesthetic and medical outcomes vary from person to person; we do not guarantee any specific result, and individual results depend on factors unique to you. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with questions about a medical condition.

3. Appointments, consultations, and cancellations

Appointments may be requested through the Site or our booking partner, Aesthetic Record. All treatments are subject to a consultation and provider approval; we may decline to provide a treatment if it is not clinically appropriate for you.

Cancellation and no-show policy. We ask that you provide advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellation, no-show, deposit, and related fee terms that apply are disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Pricing, payments, and promotions

Prices for services and products are subject to change without notice and are confirmed at the time of service. Payments are processed securely by third-party processors (such as Clover and AR Pay); we do not store your full card details. Promotions, packages, and specials may have additional terms, eligibility requirements, and expiration dates, and cannot be combined unless we say so. Taxes apply where required.

5. Memberships

We offer monthly membership plans. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the stated billing cycle until you cancel. Membership benefits, pricing, billing, minimum commitment (if any), and cancellation terms are presented at enrollment.

6. Referral program

Our referral program rewards existing clients for referring new clients. Current rewards are $50 in account credit for the referrer and $25 for the referred friend, applied after the referred friend completes a qualifying paid visit. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with certain other offers. We may change, suspend, or end the program, or disqualify participation we believe is fraudulent or abusive, at any time. Full program details appear on our Refer a Friend page.

7. Products, gift cards, and returns

Skincare and other retail products, and any gift cards, are subject to the terms presented at purchase. Refund eligibility, if any, is disclosed at the time of purchase. Services rendered and treatment deposits are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Your conduct

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: submit false information; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt unauthorized access to any system or account; scrape or harvest data; or use the Site to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

9. Reviews, testimonials, and submissions

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, or other content to us or about us, you grant Redbud a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in our marketing, and you confirm it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. Before-and-after or other images are used only with your separate written consent.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design — are owned by Redbud or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, our booking partner, maps, or review platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redbud and its owners, providers, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This section addresses use of the Site and does not alter the informed-consent terms you receive for any clinical treatment.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redbud and its owners, providers, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Redbud agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Redbud regarding the Site.
