Botox Cosmetic

The gold standard for softening fine lines and wrinkles. Botox temporarily relaxes the muscles that cause crow's feet, forehead lines, and frown lines, leaving you with a smoother, refreshed appearance.

What It Is

Botox is an FDA-approved injectable that temporarily relaxes the muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles: the lines that form from repeated facial expressions like smiling, squinting, and frowning. It's the gold standard in non-surgical wrinkle reduction and the most studied neurotoxin in the world. Common benefits include softer crow's feet, smoother forehead lines, reduced frown lines (the "11s" between your brows), and a more refreshed, youthful appearance. Beyond cosmetics, Botox is also used to treat excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), TMJ-related jaw tension, and chronic migraines.

How It Works

Your treatment begins with a thorough consultation to assess your facial muscle patterns and discuss your goals. Using ultra-fine needles, your provider will administer small, precise injections into the targeted muscles. The treatment itself takes about 10–15 minutes, and most clients describe the sensation as a brief pinch. There's no downtime, you can return to your daily activities immediately. Results begin to appear within 3–5 days and are fully visible at the two-week mark. Your results typically last 3–4 months, after which you can return for maintenance treatments.

Ideal Candidate

Botox is ideal for adults who want to soften existing dynamic wrinkles or prevent new ones from forming. It's especially well-suited for those in their late 20s through their 60s who are noticing expression lines becoming etched into their skin. You should not receive Botox if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain neuromuscular conditions. We'll review your full medical history during your consultation.

Aftercare & Recovery

Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas for 24 hours to prevent the product from migrating. Skip strenuous exercise, alcohol, and lying flat for at least 4 hours post-treatment. You may notice mild redness, small bumps, or pinpoint bruising at injection sites, these typically resolve within hours. Avoid blood-thinning supplements like fish oil, vitamin E, and ibuprofen for a few days before and after to minimize bruising.

Common questions

Does Botox hurt?

Most clients report minimal discomfort. The needles are extremely fine, and treatment is brief. We can apply a topical numbing cream if you're sensitive.

When will I see results?

You'll start to see changes within 3–5 days, with full results visible at 2 weeks.

How long does Botox last?

Results typically last 3–4 months. With consistent treatments, some clients find their results last longer over time as muscles become trained to relax.

Will I look frozen or expressionless?

Not at our spa. We specialize in natural-looking results that preserve your ability to express emotion while smoothing unwanted lines.

Can I combine Botox with other treatments?

Absolutely. Botox pairs beautifully with dermal fillers, facials, and laser treatments. We'll create a customized plan during your consultation.
